^^ if unrestricted system-ui is causing you problems instead of reflashing its simple to just re-install system-ui

in terminal as root:

apt-get install -d system-ui --reinstall
/usr/sbin/incept /var/cache/apt/archives/system-ui*

Thanks for the tweak, I will notice it for the future, 'cause the flash is already in progress

The tweak O carch apps also works with Meecatalog.

i just upgraded it to v8.6 and now almost all my apps went crazyy, with red icon and asking to reinstall but they dont get installed, what to do ?

Hmm.. I Think it should work with all sources, because when phone start to download app it always go to the same place first: /var/cache/apt/archives
And this it's a moment for catching

It happens immediately after installation ? It weird, because N9QT is a NOT ACTIVE application...

yes it happened after installation and the phone is pretty much unusable now, it lags and doesnt open any application.
suggestions ?

Probably this problem came from something else, because like I said N9QT - not active app. It's don't do anything when you just install it.
Sorry, but I don't know what this problem.. Try to remove N9QT and see what happens...

dpkg made issue in /var/cache/dpkg/ (some path like that)
to get better info:
as root type: dpkg -C and post result here
