hi i finally tried it out
and i have two problems
1. i made the sensible dock but it doesnt show the image of it
i copied it to the beecon folder and to the root folder so it should find the png file but it didnt work

2. the yahoo weather shows me 84 C in my Country.

1- The image is in /home/user/.queen_beecon_dir/NAME.png

And then specify in "command title settings": NAME.png

I just Revamped the dock a bit... Now that I realized that we cannot have a "Menu" Command (No Point in havin it either), I thought, Contacts actually would deserve the place. So Enjoy this dock...

Finally My Dock works completely, thanks to Voodoo and Eefo... For all of you who need to make it work, follow this post.

You attach the JPG image, not the PNG... This image have wite line. Can you will attach the original dock image (png) ?

This Post that I'm writing is for people like me who wish to have a working dock but with no prior knowledge of the QBW.

Aim

To have a click responsive dock.

Procedure

1. Download the Dock.zip.
2. Download Beecons.zip.
2. Extract the folders (Dock and Beecons) and place it in your N900's root folder (MyDocs)
3. Now fire up the "Xterminal"
4. Type

Code:

sudo gainroot
cd \home\user\MyDocs\Dock
cp *.png \home\user\.queen_beecon_dir\

5. Next step would be to reinitialize the existing dock.... All you got to do is go to the settings of the Dock QBW (From Ammyt's Tutorial on First Page) and select Save and Run.
6. At this point you should see a the new dock.
7. Now you got to add another QBW.
8. Select Advanced and Click Import File to Buffer.
9. Go to the corresponding File in the Beecons Folder and select the file. (Doesn't matter which order you are going to select them)
10. Then select "Import buffer to Beecon"
11. Repeat Steps (7 - 10) for all the files Browser, Contacts and Phone
12. Set the Location... You are Done

I hope noone finds it confusing :P
