@Nathan
would you mind to upload your package kernel-module-cifs again with Section changed from "user/network" to "net". At the moment the package wizard-mounter cannot be promoted to Extras because of your (rejected) package is a dependency.

Yeah, got a new fremantle build environment and played with it a bit, hope that Nathan doesn't mind me resubmitting his package with the section corrected.

Nope, thank you very much! My scratchbox is totally screwed up and went this last weekend to do it I found it out, that I couldn't do anything with it. I will be rebuilding my scratchbox around the 1st (when I'm near a high speed internet)

Nathan.

hi guys,

does anyone know if its possible mount a fully encytpted partition instead of file containters?

I can successfully mount .tc files no probs but i encytped an entire sd card with the hope of accessing it on my n900

but if I try with /dev/mmcblk1 it says I need a newer version of truecrypt.

anyideas?

Did you try latest truecrypt package from extras-testing?

I attempted to install kernel-module-cifs 1.55.0-maemo1-ac0 from the page linked by hschmitt, choosing when prompted by microb to use the app manager instead of just saving.

The app manager returned "Unable to install [...] Incompatible application package."

Try to install it using apt-get and see what happens.
