No easy way currently. You can clean everything if you remove the db file (along with the bookmarks and settings).

Okay, yesterday, I was in a meeting, and had my N810 in my pocket for about an hour and a half with Google Calendar open in Tear. I thought it was getting warm in the room as the meeting dragged on. I pulled my Nokia out of my pocket at the end of the meeting, and almost burned my hand! The device was extremely hot, and the battery had drained almost completely. I'm not going to try to replicate that, and have no way of knowing if it is a bad battery, a hardware problem or Tear. It was the first time this has happened, but I've only had the device about a week.

This will not stop me from using Tear, but I'm certainly not going to leave GCalendar open in the browser for any length of time any more. Anyone want to try to replicate this possible glitch?

I've actually noticed that ever since I've started using Tear, my N810 will sometimes burn through its battery even with no program running and no open WLAN connection. I've hesitated to bring this up so far, since I don't know yet if it's really caused by Tear. It's only a suspicion since it started happening when I started using Tear. Maybe Tear doesn't quit properly, leaving the process hang around using up CPU even after the window is gone. Or maybe the Tear task navigator plugin is the culprit. I haven't really had time to investigate with top etc. yet.

Didn't see any such issues yet and I didn't see a process left after Tear was running, but everything has its first time, so report if you see any such issues. As for Google Calendar - I'm suspecting some javascript running there (as on most Google sites these days).

I've had Tear running 24/7 on my N800 for the past 4 days while also using Vagalume, gPodder, Media Player, mYTube, and the FM radio. The N800 is cold and using no more battery than usual.

It's quite possibly the task-navigator plugin. Try disabling it for a couple days and see if anything improves. Let me know and if it's the culprit, I'll look into it more.

Was there a change in user agent from pre-0.3.1 version to latest? I realize we couldn't change user agent pre-0.3.1, but was the built-in one different from the default user agent now?

I only ask because I used to be able to watch dailymotion videos very easily through google video. (For example.) But now I have the hardest time getting the videos to play. And I can't recall exactly how, but I believe that those google video search results pages used to handle differently before the upgrade, which leads me to wonder about a user agent page.

Forgive me if I'm barking up the wrong tree.
