no mail id as his site's domain got expired and his host is uncontactable...
Just enter IRC, choose freenode and join channel #harmattan...You'll see his user id and initiate a private chat with him...You may want to link your posts for him so that if he's not around he can have a look at them later...

after i type the command
devel-su -c /usr/dbin/pasiv
it asks for yes or no, i entered yes and then
"stopping package manager daemon
removing prior inception policies
pasiv device actve"
after this i get the error given below:
pasiv: fatal errror occurred.
how to fix this??

I've had the same error because I was in /home/user/MyDocs, but the .deb was in /home/user/MyDocs/documents.

@rcolistete thanks for your reply. The steps you descriped was the 3. steps I used. Tried it again but i still get the same error I had before (aegisctl), though I have no issues with incepting .deb packages.

cant remove ' /usr/sbin/pasiv-not-run' : permission denied
As already explained, make sure you uninstall both packages from the app manager "1st".
Not sure if all this is ultimately going to fix that error though, seems to be pretty common.

You can try approaching him yourself on IRC in the #inception channel...
