Phew, this was the most painful update so far, but I finally got there on attempt #3.
#2 ended up in the same "cannot update now, try later" screen after the reboot as #1, but this time SSH saved the day.

All working so far, no apparent bugs. New Browser is nice but thanks to the browser-nightlies from openrepos I already knew that
