no problem... i am actually happy you could install froyo on ur machine..

@ammyt, I just redid the entire thing, still blank

can u tell me what does the folder show if things were working right?

Hi there, I'd like my Nitdroid installation to use a FAT32 partition of my external micro sd as the sd card for data storage instead of polluting my MyDocs folder. Does anyone knows how to do that?

What is blank?
after you mount /home /and
go to the ordinary file manager, open it up, then you will see the N900 icon, with the memory card icon (if present) and a folder-like icon called and. There should be lots of folders and a couple of files there.

As a noob, i don't understand why all this "cd" in the install wiki
cd /home
mkdir /and
cd /
mount /home /and
cd /and
for me this is a same as :
mkdir /and
mount /home /and
cd /and
it is more clear, no ?

guys it really feels dumb to be asking these questions....

but still, still, still i have no clue why this simple thing is evading my n900...

i tried every single combination again and again and again...


but the /and is not mounting!!!
