Hey jaeezzy. After you posted this question, I was curious as to where this icon was stored too. I know that D4rKlar has already answered this question correctly (of course) for you, and you probably already have it sorted from that by now, but I thought I would just show you that when I changed the icon under-
usr/share/icons/hicolor/18x18/hicolor/general_alarm_on
-It changed the icon that you wanted. It should be here regardless of theme I think. Anyway, here's a screenshot just to show you.

I don't want the desktop background to be transparent. I want my widgets to be transparent.
Is this possible and if yes how?

Hey your desktop looks great. What is that data plan monitor widget? And could you share that HTC png?

To make it easier i've included all my mods in this post.
You will find:-
- 3 Meego theme wallpapers
- 2 Meego fonts
- Primary Meego App Logos
As suggest earlier, works best when using Pleego theme (by D-livil). His colours and other icons are superb!

You need root access to your phones files. If you plan on modifying other parts of the phone, the easiest and prob most convenient way is to use WinScp on your PC and SSH setup on the N900. Google if you need directions.
Once you can see your root directory you want to replace the icons from this directory:
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/64x64
If you drag and drop the icons from my post they should just replace the original so best to first make a copy of the whole folder named "64x64". This way you can go back to originals when you get bored/change your mind etc.
Let me know if you need further clarification.
