The player's volume control can be adjusted by the - / + zoom buttons.

I just read this. Is this true? I just checked, and the .deb file on their Web site is 1.0.0.57.

1.0.0.59 was available from one of the online repositories. I never downloaded from their website.

STB volume is already close to maximum so there's no head room there.

Actually, Faz's solution is the one I was looking for. The +/- controls adjust the volume and it works well and provides much better volume. Thanks a bunch!

It's in Extras now, so just install it from there.

Thanks, but it doesn't show up for me. I have 1.0.0.57installed, but nothing comes up in the App Manager --- oh well...

I have the latest player update...59. From a remote location ( I have tried serveral) the video will freeze up, anyone else with this problem...any salution?

I think something to do with the internet. I had mine with local WIFI and sometimes I lost signal and had to re-connect.

Can you just re-connect? You also can play around with settings.
