As I mentioned in an earlier post, I also got a call from MPD yesterday because my PAC code had expired. I promptly gave them the new one and the guy said that my order would dispatch on Friday (today) and be with me on Saturday.
I hope this info is of help to people. I've checked my Debit Card online but I haven't seen any relevant activity. The only thing that they would be charging me for are the £3.99 delivery charges, though.

I live in Oxford but my order was sent by:
Nokia Retail

Newbury, Berkshire
There's a handwritten note on the cardboard delivery box that says:
"Need to be processed through Selfonie" (I'm not quite sure about the last word)
My order tracking page still lists my status as "Ready For Despatch"
As I mentioned in an earlier post, I will be on a Vodafone contract, which will be activated this Monday. My debit card does not appear to have been charged yet.

Hey, i ordered my fone on the 26th Nov on a £35 voda contract but im porting my over from o2, so just wondering if anyone recieved their fones who have ported their numbers? Did you get a confirmation txt as some before was saying or did you just recieve your fone?

Just got a call from MPD Salisbury (I think?), nice gentleman confirmed payment (although they won't charge for delivery!) and said my N900 will get posted either today or Monday, so I should have mine Tuesday at the very latest.
No N900 orgy for a weekend, but nice to have some sort of confirmation finally.

i ordered mine on the 2nd of december so i will have to wait a long time for my name to turn up on the preorders list haha the worst part was my order status changed to "Ready For Dispatch" for like half a day and then returned to "Pending Stock"

- did they mention anything about delivery free for everyone, i still haven't paid?!Tuesday should be the last day for most to get out, really hoping all sept/oct pre-order'ers have been catered for

yea i dont think i have been charged either.....hope i dont get charged for the contract until they actually post the phone out to me cause i dont want to pay for something i havent used yet
