Hi,

Just figured I'd pop in and say thanks for this thread, apart from being a help in the competition it also was an interesting read otherwise.

The correct answer was the six first characters of the MD5 Hash of the word "Stepin" - the # key is apparently called the Hash key in among other places Singapore (where would one be without Wikipedia?).

Let's hope Nokia continues on the MeeGo route despite Mr. Elop's assurances to the contrary.

Indeed. I tried STEPIN in numbers from phone keyboard, and the seconds from the videos when they showed the letters.

Zomg.. I actually looked up the MD5 hash code for 'Stepin' and thought... "Should I try to enter the first 6 characters? How would u have to figure that out from the ads that you'd have to use an md5 hash on 'stepin'?" so i didnt enter it

Grats on winning it !

****.. This was the first thing that popped in to my mind, but I just thought that MD5 is too long, then tried to encipher it with autokey. So close..
