I ran the script and everything went almost very well, besides a few privilage errors. But at the end, where it says that it might take for a while, i left my phone unwatched, and didn't look at it for a few minutes. Next time i took it, it rebooted already and booted into 49 kp. Now i can't play 720p videos, i did try the test video too... Is there any way, to check if the installation went to it's real-end or if i should re run the script?
Thanks in advance.

Hm, it should not reboot by itself. Please re-download the script and read notes at the end of the post.

I don't want to get on your nerves, but i also suppose that you welcome feedback. So i did rerun the script and now it didn't reboot, here are some last xterm lines
Code:
Unpacking ape-algo image to file 'ape-algo'...
Moving rootfs.jffs2
mv: cannot preserve ownership of '../rootfs.jffs2': Operation not permitted
Creating rootfs loopback image, will take a while...
dd: can't open 'rootfs.loop': Read-only file system
Mounting loopback device
Decompressing rootfs image
./mount_n950_rootfs.sh: line 97: cannot create rootfs.tmp: Read-only file system
Creating relocations table
rm: remove 'rootfs.jffs2'? Writing image to loopback device, will take a while... /tmp/n950loop
rm: cannot remove 'rootfs.tmp': No such file or directory
Mounting RX-71 root filesystem
mkdir: cannot create directory '/root/n900_720p/root': File exists
mount: mounting /tmp/n950loop on /root/n900_720p/root failed: Invalid argument
Backing up files
Copying new files
cp: cannot stat '/root/n900_720p/root/lib/dsp/*': No such file or directory
umount: cannot umount /tmp/n950loop: Invalid argument
Your n900 is now able to play HD videos
Old DSP binaries and libraries are under /root/n900_720p/bak
Please reboot it before testing

Manually remove /home/user/MyDocs/RX71.tmp/Win_OCF_34-2_EMMC_RM680-OEM1-916.exe
Nokia-N900:~/n900_720p#
so after that i rebooted and since then cannot play some standart videos, neither can i play 720p videos.
Here is also a code from playing and recording:
Code:
