no it's allot more simpler
see that ugly-looking music player on the nexus one and the droid ?
the video player isn't cooler at all , not to mention the ugle menu
besides , tell me where are the 'cool games' of android ? other than SpeedForge or whatever i've never seen'd a cool game for android

I used an android phone today.

I needed to set proxy settings as I was in an office using one.

..... I'm so, so glad I went with Maemo.

How could Google of all company's release Android and forget about proxy support?!

This is a common complaint and something that should have been taken care of a long time ago. I would add GPU acceleration across the UI to the list of no-brainers.

It seems that Google is spreading itself somewhat thin with development -- though this could be misguided intuition as they are apparently on a hiring frenzy. Either way, their strategy seems to be paying off as Android numbers skyrocket.
