Has anyone used the "Forgot my password" feature on the F(x)tec forum? I tried multiple times over multiple days, never received the e-mail (not in junk either), although the address is correct.

Thank you deutch1976. I did check the spam folder, but I'm not getting any message. Weird. And the address is correct because if I try to create a new account using the same, it fails because the email address already has an account.

They've been posting a lot on social media over the past week but still tight lipped about ship date or commitment to one.
