When I try to extract the new rootfs it gives me this error... tar: invalid tar magic.

Mount your memory stick
delete whats inside /and
and extract the new rootfs in /and

dont need to do much else just to update this

Code:
apt-get install bzip2 tar
should fix it i think

I am trying to

bunzip2

that archive right now ... it is doing something

OK solution is:

rename the file to .tar.bz2

then

bunzip2 the file before using the tar-command

ok post updated again, had wrong filename
