Never will happen. Flash on mobile updates by Adobe has been dead for ages. Almost as dead for as long as Maemo development by Nokia.

I have never understood what use is Flash in reality?
Good thing it has been buried...

I would not be that harsh. It had its use in the 1990s to early 2000s.
I no longer have it on my N900 although I did (successfully) hunt for an update a while ago.

Remember those year 2000 web sites that were created in flash and did not come up with any menu structure without flash enabled or worse, where you had to watch an animation before getting to the point.
I see a repetition of that terrible annoyance in those current web sites the are so eager to present some kind of flat overlay that won't ever go away (give your data to social media button NOW function or simply the website menu that keeps visible when scrolling thus wasting my vintage N900 browsing experience)

Designers of those web sites should be forced to watch the flash websites during their education. So don't bury flash yet, put in museum and use for educational purpose (offline)

eBay is the famous offender. Scroll down to the description of any item and a reminder will pop up at the top with the title and the "Submit bid"/"Buy it now" button. Whose clever idea it was to put it there?

It can sometimes be used for good: see www.homestarrunner.com for example.
