Perfect! Thank you. By the time I get my n900, this will be just about at Extras, yes?

If it isn't, you can add the Extras-testing repository, install it, test it, vote on it, and help get it to Extras. The beauty and wonder of the OSS Community

An app that let you password protect a folder so that no one can see it and open it unless they know the password.

We are not talking apps here, but widgets - small partscreen applications to be permanently running on one fo the four the desktop screens.

How about a widget that doesn't just open up a web page when clicked? The facebook widget for example needs to open into a Facebook app not the Facebook website. The AP news widget goes into a custom web page made for Nokia but it is bad news. You don't even see the same news items that you saw on the widget - in other words cool but pointless.

If I see an interesting story let me click on it and take me to the actual story, not the whole AP news website so I have to run a search to even find the story.

Being completely forthcoming, the widgets are cool and nothing more.

It could very well be a widget. One where you click, a password box appears, and you then get access to your "secret" folder.

what about whole-page contact widget? my contact are very different to lineup without some sort of grid.
Then the must have twitter (I don like makau, even if it was working) and facebook. the one in the phone sucks worst than the webOS one... possibly
