Well I am boycotting their website, so I didn't know it didn't show up there.... but from looking at it it seems to have more to do with OVI than Nokia as a whole.... perusing it I see nothing about not accepting from Nokiausa.com

I think you're in the clear I just think they're not doing their duty to push the rebate.

Can you people also post how long it took in going from 'Shipping Soon' to 'Shipped' .. ?

My order has been in 'Shipping Soon' state for about 40 hours now, and I don't know if this is normal or not ..

Mine went to shipping soon morning of the 27th, and it shipped tonight.

Lol Mine still say "NOT YET SHIPPED" for the a week already, Well from the day I pre-order lol. Which is 1 week.

No, hit back with another email. Most of their emails when they reply have a Yes and No, Did I resolve your issue link. Clicking on the no takes you to a screen on Amazon where you can type in stuff.

The key is always giving them grief and always responding with negative emails back when they didn't resolve your issue, makes you a thorn in their side and will force them to not ignore you and give you any type of BS again. Just be persistent and remember once you get what you want, reinforce that positive action with a huge 'thank you for your help--you're the only person who has been willing to help me out without being a completely incompetent ***** who doesn't know anything about customer service...again thank you for your help and it's because of you that I'll continue my future business with Amazon.' Basically just BS the person back when you get what you want.

Mine shipped from Kentucky too. Looks like that's one of the active warehouses. Anyone else had their n900 already shipped from somewhere else?

And mine changed to shipping soon and charged my credit card on the 26th and then posted early on the 27th.
