I haven't read through the whole thread but I just have to say this to the OP.

Wrong on every point.
Reasons why I like apple products
- Design
- Polished software
- A large accessory economy
Reasons why I do not like apple products
- Dated hardware
- An OS that is so locked down that you can't even install anything that isn't on iTunes
- iTunes
- Corporate propaganda and brainwashing
- Overpriced products
Basically Apple sell you a gold plated turd and pretend that the whole turd is made out of gold. They then tell everyone that they invented gold and turds. Millions of people rush out to buy said gold plated turd and start telling everyone how amazing their golden turd is. Anyone who doesn't praise the gold plated turd and buys a different product is then labeled a pheasant who had to settle for something less.
I should point out that I have a PSP and DS Lite so I don't get too attracted to the gaming scene on iTunes.
