This is the Weather app I was using Weather

I am running U10 1.1.1.27
pebble firmware 2.8.1

I was searching some pebbled logs for you but for some mysterious reason the last one is dated 23.12.2014 and no logs can be found after that. I am not so experienced with this so if you need something more pls inform me and I will try to provide it to you.

Starting with 0.13 we do not use Log4Qt anymore so to see logs you need to:
a) use journalctl
b) start daemon with -d switch to enable debug logs (I plan on adding a runtime switch to the app)

Just bought a Pebble, and PWC works like a charm . But since I don't have an Android device (and ofc even less iDevices), and bluetooth doesn't work in Android-apps on Jolla, I can't update the firmware. Currently I'm stuck at v1.14.4. I've messed about with libpebble on my Kubuntu 14.10 pc, and tried to get my bluetooth module working in an x86 Android VM, but no luck.

So, it would be great to get the option to update the firmware in future versions. In the mean time, any other suggestions to update the firmware? I've already obtained the actual .pbz file.

I've just build another pre-release: https://github.com/smokku/pebble/rel...LEASE_0.13.js2
This one supports installing pbw files without unpacking them.
Just throw .pbw files to .local/share/pebble/apps and you're good to go.
Please test extensively.

Great work! But it would be easier for users to just pick the path where a .pbw resides. And pebbled takes care oft extracting and moving.

Of course!
This is why it was just a pre-release...

I just released 0.14 with full support for app management. :-)
pebbled supports both unpacked and packed .pbw. But there's more... You can just download .pbw from web, "open" it and it will add itself to pebble app list. Or you can open pulley menu on app selection screen and manually add an app from Downloads directory.

This release brings support for JavaScript companion apps, so most SDKv2 apps should just work. (Send most of the kudos to javispedro.)

Let the testing begin!

Already installed . Great to see the app improving more and more. Now we have to get other Devs to implement companion apps .

Is there a possibilty to get the Pebble Appstore to work in pebbled?

Hehe, nice . So at the moment it's not blocked on the Pebble side. Maybe it's possible to make an "official" agreement with them to keep it like this for pebbled?

I think it's very positive that someone of Pebble has joined the channel.
