I just installed N9 QT from my N9 browser and the icon is now just a green icon.
I just reflashed my phone with PR 1.3 and developer mode in enabled.
chmod -R +rx /usr/share/icons/hicolor/80x80

Upp, if you sure that you have inception installed and activated.
Try this:
Go to tweak T -> choose 3 -> choose 1 -> choose 1 -> choose 0 -> when it ask you to return, press R -> choose 1 -> and choose 6 from menu for activating battery percentage.

OK, I did all the steps you outlined but no go..
I did go to application and manage and I see the inception (installer) app, I clicked it, it says, your phone is the scene of the hack. This package contains the files necessary to enable INCEPTION it can b safely removed once INCEPTION is active.
I have the option button to UNINSTALL.
So I assume I have INCEPTION all set. But not ure wh I can't see the percentage bar on top.. I do have Battery Icon app installed and not sure if hat matters?
