Upp, if you sure that you have inception installed and activated.
Try this:
Go to tweak T -> choose 3 -> choose 1 -> choose 1 -> choose 0 -> when it ask you to return, press R -> choose 1 -> and choose 6 from menu for activating battery percentage.
Wait restarting status bar
xsession/sysuid start/running. Process 2437
Another line same as above but with process 2459

FYI, After doing your steps I do get this, DONE! Battery percentage activated successfully. Below that I have 2 blinking Red lines:
