Had also those "not enough memory" - errors, 40.2 megs free on rootfs wasn't enough, but 41.9 megs was.

My upgrade in Germany worked all fine.
For those of you experiencing problems before the actual upgrade:
what about using
Code:apt-get updateWorked fine for meCode:apt-get dist-upgrade
