I discovered that the new posts are actually displayed at the BOTTOM of the screen and not the top! Maybe you could change this around so that the most recent updates are at the top and not at the bottom (which is currently how it is!)

w00t, I sent the xterm output to your mail.
But I forgot to mention that I had another problem:
In the dialog where I had to enter my Facebook credentials the submit button did not work for me. Ok, simply used the return button to submit the credentials...
But in the next page for the extended permissions the allow-button did also not work...
I checked the permissions for the NokiaN900 application on my FB profile. Both "Access my data, when I am not using the application" and "Publish content on my wall" are checked (permission descritions are translated by me, so they might look similar to you). Its not possible to give additional permissions to the application.
Dont know, but maybe its related to the problem that Facebrick shows nothing?
Are there permissions missing?

Great progress! Haven't had much time testing (not a big facebook user), but since you have to select a post to view comments/like, some indication (icon/whatever) that you commented/liked a post would be useful.
Also, error messages are white text on the yellow banner, near impossible to read when they flash on the screen.

Hmm. Your case is a really weird one. Are you sure there are items in your feed in FB? If so, FB isn't giving them to us - nor is it giving facebrick an error.
You can try tapping the menu on the main screen and logging out - write your user/pass in a notes application and copy them to the login screen. Currently it does odd things to it for some people which perhaps might have caused you problems?
