@markkris: Please see first post, "Reset all settings".

@BigTony: Please see the first post, there are instructions there on how to send me the log

@Dexter1759: Which fMMS version are you running?

wondered tho, may have been covered, but is there a way to change the alert? as i keep missing mms's if i forget to check the app.

cheers Ross
The alert used is the same as for e-mail message (wrt to sound/vibration) so you would have to change that to change the one fMMS uses Regardless you don't need to check fMMS as there should be a notification on screen whenever you received an MMS

Problem with fMMS? Run in x-terminal: cp /tmp/fmms.log /home/user/MyDocs/
After that you'll see fmms.log in filemanager or when you connect the device to your desktop as a mass storage device.
E-mail the log to me, if you don't have the email address, drop me a PM. Thanks!

humm just tried to send you the fmms.log file, but there is no log file in /tmp directory (there are lots of other files in there).

Something amiss I think.

it's cleared on device reboot so would have to try sending again to get a new one

1.0.8 released aka "omg 2 maemo bugs fixed!":

* fixed a bug where a non resolved number lookup would not be cached
* cleaned up imports and removed unnecessary creations of config object
* changed strptime format used on first convert
* scrolling in viewer works when theres multiline text (MB#10174)
* lock file used to make sure only one wappushhandler is run at a time
* treeview is made inactive while loading a message (MB#9046)
@mr_bridger: The MMS notification might have gotten merged with email notification(s), this has been fixed in later versions when I redid the notification

I'm encountering a problem with setting up fMMS, after I configure fMMS and I click save the program freeze and does not repond, I can't even shut it down.
I've installed fMMS after the upgrade to PR1.2

Any help?

@fhmutairi: Please see the first post on how to report an error with the log file. Thanks.

Uploaded 1.1.0 aka "language frenzy" a few hours ago:
* application is now more or less localized
* subject is stripped of newline chars as this seems to make them undeliverable with some mmscs
