Nokia really seems to be interested to have the apps in the online store ready for the new PR1.2.
They sent me a N9 with PR1.2 beta so I can test my apps
As far as I can see, there are some more changes under the hud (Aegis) compared to the N950 PR1.2 release we got.

The first thing I noticed is the restriction that root is not allowed anymore to touch files belonging to user. This restriction might make sense as in security matters, but makes software development more complex. I how ever found a way to add rules to the Aegis manifest, so I can modify user files during installation again.

Skype still seems not to support video call

As of other changes, I haven’t used the apps jet too much.
If you have an urgent question, please let me know and I will see if I can test it.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure the root not allowed to touch user files restriction was there in PR1.1 too.

You are right. Its seems I got that somehow wrong, maybe I gave write rights to all users when I was testing my apps.

Don't know if anyone noticed, but qt-components has been updated to version from January. It helps me a lot to remove many workarounds needed previously.
