it is used? http://maemo.org/downloads/product/Maemo5/fmradio/

after launch shows "FM driver not load", it with maemo-kernel works, kernel-power 48 works, but it does not work with kernel-power 49, what to do?

No idea what's wrong on your device, but I can confirm that this app runs fine on my n900

Maybe you should cut back on the overclock there.

Could you please report what values SR calculates for each frequency?

in /sys/power, there is a variable called sr_vdd1_voltage, so basically you should do:

1. kernel config load default
2. lernel-config limits 250 900
3. kernel-config lock 250 [500,550,...]
4. cat /sys/power/vdd1_opp /sys/power/sr_vdd1_voltage

repeat steps 3 and 4 for all frequencies in range 250,900
