Yeh I initially thought they were the "face of nokia" for the UK and the they ran everything (perhaps with the exception of the flagship in London)

I've raised that issue with them too, and below is an extract from the webchat. Though we did have technical problems, some of the message that I sent and some that I received didn't actually appear on the screen at all, but were part of the transcript emailed to me.

that's my point your website is obviously incorrect in stating "Exclusive Availability" then isn't it? how can such a claim be made when you're not even sure when you're getting the stock? Seems like a blatant lie to me.

Anybody else get £2 withdrawn from their bank account today from T-Mobile? I have already done the credit check withdrawals and refunds as I ordered my N900 on 08/10

Just checked mine and no, I haven't had any money taked since the original £2 credit check

Hmm i wonder why they have done it....for a minute I tried to convince myself it was for the shipping and they would post it today........yeah right.

Question should be re-phrased slightly: did you get £2 movement on your account, and if not - are you existing T-Mobile customer?

I already have two pay monthly numbers with T-M and I didn't see any credit/debits on my account in relation to my N900 order. However, a friend of mine who also placed order with MPD and got new T-M contract (not being their customer, that is), indeed had these £2 debit/credit on this account.

just checked with my bank and had no such check. Ordered on 21/10 and had the £2 check then, but nothing since then.

I've had £2 taken from my account too!! WTF is that about I have just check back through my statement online, and it seems they took £2 back in September when I pre-ordered, but never refunded it! What's all that about?!?!

Edit: Just to be clear they can keep my £4 if my phone is going to be dispatched on Monday!! lol

I'm also a new T-Mobile customer. Currently on O2, haven't been with T-Mobile for nearly 2 years.

Hooray i'm not the only one being robbed by T-Mobile! Difference is Dexter, I did get mine refunded back in early October when I ordered. Are we the early orderers perhaps?
