For those who have not found it, I believe about the lowest shipped cost for a 32Gb is $120 from Costco for their PNY Class 4.

Anyone found a better shipped price for a name brand 32Gb SDHC?

Yes, I received the final production samples of the metal cover today and they are OK. The first production quantities are due to ship to me on December 19th, too late for those of you who requested them for Christmas but they will be on the web site next week for ordering. I am only making for now a total of 250 pieces, 100 Black and 150 Stainless steel. If they go OK I will make more. If they do not sale OK then I will move on to my next project.

Thanks for all the email and the link will be posted as soon as I receive the shipment.

There have been many delays by the Manufacturer of the metal case
I expected the have these ready in the beginning of November.
