Hmmm, who do I contact regarding this? T-Mobile or MPD? I want my money back!!

[Edit] Just to make sure, it's simply a £2 transaction that should credit my account after the £2 transaction that debited my account? I'm looking down the Credit column on my statement for everything since 30th September and there's nothing even like £2!!

Just thought this seems to be the place to look for all us MPD contract preorder customers and thought you guys may be able to help.
I only pre ordered my n900 a few weeks ago on a voda tariff, hardly no emails or updates from MPD and just shows my status as "pending stock" (I have read prev post and I realise why.)

But as I have not ordered a mobile via internet before, what exactly is process.?? Do they get em in stock, do credit check etc and then despatch or do they "pre credit check" you before any stock arrives??...as no communication from MPD I am just confused. Makes me think maybe just wait till avail in shops....far easier - all doen n dusted there and then.
No money has been taken from my bank at all.. or Voda not do that? The credit check aint an issue as I have 1 O2 contract (iphone) and a t-mobile contract too... I aint bothered when handset arives as such, but just some clarification on how my order is progressing would be nice from MPD..
New here and great forum and info too... any help appreciated, cheers guys (n girls)

please post with their response, would be interesting to know why this is happening now...the eternal optimist in me is hoping that it means they have the N900s in stock and are conducting a final credit check before shipping them out

Haha same! I'm gonna keep refreshing though until I get through, that £2 would buy me a pint, well 2/3's of a pint haha!

Would be interesting to know where those who haven't had the £2 withdrawal today are in the queue as I think you and I would be quite high up in the queue.....

If the credit check were from MPD I'd be inclined to agree but it's T-Mobile. My best guess is that once a credit check has been performed but the account hasn't yet been activated they perform another one or something?

I would expect your £2 to be credited to your first bill

I think 'Steve' is helping himself to the £2 then having a laugh misinforming everyone on this forum!

On a serious note, with HSBC these transactions don't show up straightaway.. Probably won't be until Monday before I can see if they did the £2 again for me
