Colours from wall, numbers from taxi dashboard..
30,4% yellow
31,4% magenta
33,4% cyan
And convert to HEX color code. Obvious. Tried almost every combination and permutation already and converting from base-6 to RGB to HEX. 32,4% is also 'missing', then we could get CMYK in some order.

There are 6 colored posters on the wall. From left to right the colors are:
Magenta Cyan Orange(Yellow?) Orange(Yellow) Magenta Cyan
You can see the first two posters at the end of the Camera video.
The six dashboard characters P R N D 2 1 have a unicode order of:
5 6 4 3 2 1

I still think there has to be something to the actual phone colors. When you click on the icons at http://www.youtube.com/nokia, the phone color surrounding the video is the same color of the phone in that video. From left to right, those colors are:
Cyan Black Cyan Magenta Cyan Black
Cyan Black Cyan Magenta Cyan Black
