My balance is down 2.50 but can't see if this is the same thing or not. Can't think of anything else it could be so going to assume it is and hope that this is the process finally getting underway

On the phone... saying it's because they have to do a "mini check" after the previous check was done so long ago...money should have been refunded....need to email them.

my hope is that they've received their order. This post suggests that Nokia flagship London might have theirs (shop is still closed when it should be open!) and I'm hoping MPD got theirs as part of the same delivery.

The Live Chat never works for me - tried it a few days ago, just constantly waiting for rep? ? ... lol..mind you considering so many prob in same boat as me they ignore the chats cos too busy...
