Tweak T-3, open mode choosing All applets after installing unrestricted from "0" starts with the above error, I think the origin needs to be fixed

Btw the transfers icons in tools is a cool addition

P.S. Oh and if you are thinking about why AMD has been having errors just ignore him as usual He needed to install everything individually from the options instead of doing All applets and it worked...Its just the n9 NOT your tweak

Same here

You can unpack N9QTweak, grab the system-ui files and if you are in open mode then export origin first before installing them...simples...

Edit: You don't even need to unpack...Just grab the system-ui mods from /opt/N9QTweak/Toggles/

export AEGIS_FIXED_ORIGIN=com.nokia.maemo

now dpkg -i all those system-ui files individually but system-ui_1.3.2-1+0m8_armel.deb should be installed before installing the others...

Mousse04 and thedead1440, both of you trying to install via open mode, I'm right?
Although this output, what you see in status menu? Screenshot?
I ask it because in this version (9.0.1) i changed installation way from:
Code:
export AEGIS_FIXED_ORIGIN=com.nokia.maemo
dpkg -i /opt/N9QTweak/Toggles/system-ui-tools*
unset AEGIS_FIXED_ORIGIN
export AEGIS_FIXED_ORIGIN=com.nokia.maemo
dpkg -i /opt/N9QTweak/Toggles/system-ui-widgets*
unset AEGIS_FIXED_ORIGIN
to usual direct installation via dpkg -i.
Also for inception. Only system-ui installed in this way and for inception users via incept.
I spoke with Coderus about this, he told me that all needed stuff included in the system-ui and all applets should be installed via usual way, also tools and widgets.
I tried this on my device (incepted) and it work without any problem, but if i remember right, i also saw output like your, but it installed perfect.
Please try to uninstall all and try all process again from zero, post here output and screenshots.
Thanks

P.s. I also did this because some people report that N9QT closed when it tried to install tools and widgets in version 9.0.

I'm one of them too..

What I don't understand is the installation is perfect but why if you did export the origin does it still say its installing from " "... It should be installing from com.nokia.maemo regardless of the export and unset...

I install it by inception mode and as you said, despite the error message, everything has been installed !!!

Thanks a lot

For open mode users if you have inception installed you can choose either method to install but I would always suggest to use the open mode way...See inception changes the origin to com.nokia.maemo/local while in open mode when you export origin its usually com.nokia.maemo which is a less trusted source than ~/local...For open mode if you ever want to re-install system-ui just doing apt-get install system-ui --reinstall as root does the job while inception users need to incept it which is more troublesome...

If you want to re-install system-ui on open mode after having modified it via inception just export origin to com.nokia.maemo/local before doing the re-installation procedure...

Schturman,

export AEGISblabla means the whole terminal session has AEGIS's origin fixed....

Instead of export install unset for each package what you can do for each package:

"AEGIS_FIXED_ORIGIN=com.nokia.maemo dpkg -i systemblabla"

as one command in one line that would ensure only the package that you are installing is fixed origin...It also saves you space in your script

Edit: Schturman, I just went thru' your script and saw you did export origin for system-ui only. For the remaining there was no export origin hence the error that was popping up.

Also I just saw that in my installation music controls were not installed...The reboot occurred after the brightness package was installed so the second line of commands for installation from ~/Toggles2 was not carried out...I feel if someone can use open mode then they surely can do this part manually by going to Tweak T and installing whatever is missing unless of course that person is AMD

I still think if anyone has the same issue as me should just do all the installations individually instead of choosing all applets...Really, this is just a n9 error not something you can really control as I've seen many times when I put X number of apps for installation from Store suddenly Store and all other open apps close when some apps have finished installing while the others haven't even started...The n9 is moody after all
