Well, there should be water ice in some of the permanently shadowed craters on the lunar south pole and also possibly elsewhere underground.

sounds good to me,

I wonder what the jolla staff would say if they were given the option of tablets out the door , or wages.

I would presume that at least a few of them have families to feed...

I wonder what you would say if your company would ask you such things...

So we have to ask Dave if that counts. I fear he is the only inhabitant on the moon so he has to decide if his wish became already true...

Jolla's sailors can make an application for pay guarantee to the ministry's Employment and Economic Development Office if Jolla doesn't pay their wages.

Jolla should stop using other poeple money as soon as possible. Unless they want to give it for free.

Well, him and the moon rabbit (and its friends). I was surprised to discover that NASA discussed the moon rabbit with Apollo 11 just before they landed:

Houston: Among the large headlines concerning Apollo this morning, is one asking that you watch for a lovely girl with a big rabbit. An ancient legend says a beautiful Chinese girl called Chang-O has been living there for 4,000 years. It seems she was banished to the Moon because she stole the pill of immortality from her husband. You might also look for her companion, a large Chinese rabbit, who is easy to spot since he is always standing on his hind feet in the shade of a cinnamon tree. The name of the rabbit is not reported.
Michael Collins: Okay. We'll keep a close eye out for the bunny girl.

The ministry will collect the money back from Jolla Ltd if possible (for example bankruptcy, debt restructuring or temporary hold on debts might prevent it).
