Any idea how solve this issue?

Nokia-N900-51-1:~# apt-get install cpufrequi

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
cpufrequi: Depends: libqt4-core (>= 4.6.2~git20100310) but 4.5.3~git20090723-0maemo6+0m5 is to be installed
Depends: libqt4-gui (>= 4.6.2~git20100310) but 4.5.3~git20090723-0maemo6+0m5 is to be installed

Why is Titan's latest kernel-power-flasher gone from application manager?

It isn't gone, it have been renamed something like 'kernel for power users' with the last update.

This is a question for the CpufreqUI thread.. By the looks of it the creator have used the autobuilder which are prepared for PR1.2 and thus you need to wait or install the older package manually.

since you mentioned the voltage, i think maybe it's because my battery is low. after i charge, it seems fine for now.
