No, kernel-power-setting is only the package to allow an easier way to configure the kernel.

Hi,
Here http://wiki.maemo.org/Overclocking says it is out the maemo 25.
But i dont see it on app manager (only maemo 24).

Maybe it is not uploaded yet?

I installed the new kernel power settings app and now it was a 5MB application.
Before it was really small..

After that I saw the maemo25 version installed kernel-power-flasher...

So it is now embedded inside the kernel power settings app

look for - enhenced linux kernel for power users - this is the kernel's new name good luck

I tried everything but I dont get the info back


apt-get install --reinstall mp-fremantle-generic-pr
apt-get install --reinstall kernel kernel-flasher

but nothing...

is there a changelog for the latest "for power users" version or was it just a cosmetic update? I cant seem to find it

It has nothing with overclocking, it is a well-known bug.
