No, I'm not familiar with CVS, mercurial, etc, which probably explains why I'm not familiar with the term/expression 'hunk'.

Thanks for answering my 'dumme frage'

Not sure, but I think I remember a patchmanager cleanup script being posted somewhere... Anybody know about that?

(sorry if it's in this thread somewhere - I can't find "Search in Thread" option...)
Thanks

Sounds good. BUT only if we can get the content of TMO (this thread only ofc) incorporated into FSO just like the content of TJC (soon).

I am ambigious to move. You are right on FSO this makes sense sailfish to sailfishos. On the other hand we had this here for years parallel to TJC.

The Disable Volume Warning patch doesn't work on 3.3.0.16 anymore.
I have created a new .patch file and patched the file in question (it's only 1 line in 1 file) manually.
It appears to be working as it should, the fix is the same but the content around it has changed.

I would like to submit this to he PM3 web catalog.

Q: Would it be better to update Ancelad's patch instead of creating a new one? If so, how can I do that? I cannot find any contact or git repositories for this user.
It seems they were active here not long ago, so I guess I'll just wait for them to see this.
But the general question remains: what's the best strategy here?

My two-penneth;

As far as I know, Ancelad is no longer using SFOS and indeed he has removed repos/apps/etc from various places.

Submit your app, I would. I think users of Ancelad's work will appreciate someone has effectively taken the reins of unmaintained works.

^ thanks.
I'll wait a few days - both to test the patch and to give Ancelad or coderus time to reply.
