The sad part about Jobs is that his company have become what he fought against in the 80/90'ies
I agree with your point there for sure !.

You can read below what I think about the N9,

thing is you and MrFlop actually is the people who KILLS it.... if alot people bought the damn device it had a chance to survive. maybe not as main platform but as a complement for those who prefer it over WP....

Um, I kinda think you did, countless times.
You constantly commented on how crap the hardware & software is.
Not just future prospects of the device because Elop's dropped it.

Definitely one of history's greatest corporate leaders.
Although a bit overrated sometimes... IMO.

Elop could've fixed the internal bickering/delivery issues, & ran even harder with MeeGo.
Or at least pursued a dual smartphone OS strategy: MeeGo + WP7, & ditched Symbian.*
Works for the fastest growing handset company in the world (Samsung), it juggles 3!
There's no reason Nokia couldn't have done something similar...

*gradually, kinda like it's doing now.

n9 if had support i think it would do at least better than bada, especially when it hits lower price points.

BADA ATM its outselling all windows phone 7 11 devices put together.

I?

I'm just a consumer, sales start from the top, give me a good product, support it and I'll buy it.

The reason for Apple's success is not just Steve Jobs and marketing, the core of the success is a good product. The iPhone!
