I hear what your saying, but i think they want to leave as much real estate(im having a brainfreeze as cant get that word right) for webpage viewing as possible. However, since this is a resistive screen they should implement gestures similar to the twirl-zoom. something like from-right-to-left-then-down motion to indicate "back" and from-left-to-right-then-up motion to indicate "forward" or something to that effect.

The inbuilt browser of Maemo powered Nokia N900 runs on the Mozilla Gecko engine. Now Firefox for Mobile

Good browser but the tab and "back and forward" buttons should not be on the side. It's very inconvenient.

It's too bad there's no Alt key on the keyboard, so you can use a standard Alt + Left Arrow or Right Arrow, to go back and forward. I wonder if there's some other keyboard shortcut for this?

It would be cool to have some kind of Turbo mode a la Opera 10.
