I am fairly sure I made it in local makerspace, once or twice (one of them was in bronze), but I am not sure if I will be able to find them, or photographs of them (they were relatively fragile, more fragile than originals I think; but to be fair, I have broken a few original styluses through the years as well).

Thank you. Best wishes.

Some Swiss knives have ball pens. These pens are also sold separately (e.g. [1]) and work well as a stylus. At least mine doesn't actually write (with ink) on the display.
They sort of fit into the N900's stylus bay, but they are shorter (70mm) than the original stylus (100mm) and their end cap is smaller, so it's easy to get them in but hard to get them out again (the cap tends to get stuck).
The end cap is made of plastic, so it might be possible to glue or screw something on it to prevent the pen from vanishing in the stylus bay.

This is an exact 3D modelling of a N900's stylus, I have used this in the past to print a loss replacement. You could take the model and edit it to let you gue in a nice Fisher universal space pen refill(d1); that is assuming that the refill would fit the slot, just use the back of the stylus as the stylus if you want a pen too.
(edit)I see Wikiwide already linked it, wow creepy how close his wording was I though he was quoting me!

Another option which also worked for me until I did the 3D print was to use a bamboo kebab skewer which I carved into shape with a pocket knife.

I've used just about everything as a stylus..
best stylus ever for the nxx0 is...
whittle and shave down a splinter of deer antler.
The density is better than the plastic ones that come with our devices, the flexibility is good, it doesn't bend too much nor snap due to being too weak a grain like with woods, or no strengthening grain at all of other materials (and that includes plastics) , since all deer antler is is perfectly formed fingernails as an equivalent for us...with very very dense yet giving grain ..better than the best wood...
since wood grains are either wide or close together ...and are their weak and strong points in any given piece...
whereas deer antler cells grow in one perfect direction together, nice and dense, allowing for flexibility and insane strength together.
The tip can be shaved to as fine a ball point as a pin head in fineness, and yet be polished so as to be soft and glass smooth so it will not scratch the screen or screen protector,
The durability of it in use will last a lifetime before the tip begins to even think of wearing down.
And it warms and retains the heat of a hand, in all, it feels more comfortable and natural...
I should know since I've made many nxx0 styli out of deer antler.
Moose antler is very dense but too fibrous, and elk is great but doesn't quite have the density of deer.
I have spent my life carving antler , it's purposes are manifold...
Once you have a stylus out of a piece of deer antler...you won't ever want to go back.

Did vacuum moulding and injection moulding at local makerspace. Vacuum moulding with HDPE plastic (milk bottle), heated till it's transparent (and very stretchable) and thrown over the target object (Nokia N900 stylus melted slightly, at the tip, but still works).

They do not have a good 3D scanner, though - and I should go through 3D printing induction (they changed 3D printers, again).

Injection moulder works at temperature of 200°C, apparently. Was fed shredded HDPE plastic (milk bottles and their lids). The only mould available by default is for kitchen sink stopper, see photographs of resulting object attached. But there are other tools, such as drill press and CNC mill, available for working on aluminium (I have clearance for drill press, but not for CNC mill yet).

[EDIT]milk bottles and their lids, not milk bottled and their lids[/EDIT]
