Personally, I don't think the filter will change that one way or the other. I participate on a lot of other forums where there are no filters in place, and profanity isn't an issue in any of them.

Prophanity is not an issue, SPAM is.

You mean, do I want little ****'s disrupting my ability to read other's postings? No.

I object to the system on a variety of personal and practical levels. It's not something I want or like.
