i don't blame you at all. i wouldn't deal with a company if i was put through that. and that is such a horrible response from them. one of the most important parts of a successful business is taking ownership and doing what you can to satisfy your [potential] customers. they clearly aren't doing that.

I'm not at all surprised. Anybody who deals with TigerDirect is just asking for trouble. They've consistently illustrated their disdain for their customers for the whole time they've been in business. Really, there isn't any reason to bother with them. There are much better and cheaper vendors out there (psst . . . newegg )
