True. I think the terms are a bit sloppily used. If you check Nokia's own page with the product info, it is generally referred to as "Video calling," without specifying what kind of calls. As you so clearly point out, there was no GSM on the previous tablets so the only type of video calling available was via the internet. Personally, that's the only type of video calling I'm interested in anyway.

I agree 100% that we need it. Video chatting over voip would be the N900 killer app. However it's not listed as part of the N900 on Nokia's own comparison page with the other Nxxx tablets.

This feature alone would steal a great chunk of customers away from iphone, driod. Are Nokia clueless not to make this number 1 priority to drive Xmas sales?
The operators would absolutely hate it though..
