...and validation too! Clearly the bottom line is whether or not the device is useful to you or not. I personally had some early issues with the 770, but now I have taken it on two business trips and it has worked great as a laptop replacement. Most hotels now have Wi-Fi and when I cannot get a free connect, I use my RAZR with the 770's seamless DUN capability. On the plane, it makes a terrific movie viewer and MP3 player.

As an aside, I linked in to the free Wi-Fi at Tampa airport last week, then got on the plane and continued to use Wi-Fi until they shut the door! Now that is some reception.
