I can view the line "minimum font size=7" but cannot change it.

You have to edit the following file:
Find the entry that says:
Minimum Font Size=(some number)
and replace (some number) with your preference. I use 18.

Thanks for the advice. I'm very new to the 770 and still learning. Where do I get Xterm from etc.? Vi, MC? Means Chinese to me, sorry.
1- Use Xterm to get to command prompt.
2- Use an editor like vi or MC to edit that file.
3- Save the changes.
4- Done.
