yea i am reading mixed stories everywhere one can hope that it will be released soon... but wouldnt take any dates seriously yet... even those in writing.

The fact that NYC is allowing demos again (it was locked away last week) might be a good sign (final firmware?)

Well when I asked the rep what firmware it was running he said it was the latest, but he did mention that the firmware is constantly being updated with changes so even that firmware may be a little outdated.

As for the release date I am just riding the wave right now...it's pretty clear that even Nokia themselves do not know when they're releasing this device.

Stopped by the store earlier and had a little demo myself. All I can say is that I'm very happy I pre-ordered the device, putting that aside, I'm really depressed it's not in my hands anymore
