I watched the video and have no clue what qole saw in that.
I calculated this in my head just now, and by seeing that, I figured it's running about 4 fps.
Why not just use VNC and get Windows XP or Vista instead?
I can get about twice the frame rate going in that direction.

I installed Windows 3.11 just for laughs and because I have a warm spot for emulation. Also to find out how fast it would be. I have no desire to actually use any type of Windows on the N900 Next I'm going to try some games to find out which ones would be usable without a full keyboard and mouse..
Btw, it became much faster when I set the frameskip to 2 and cpu cycles to max. Still not as good as my first PC, 386sx-16, but anyway, I think pretty impressive for a pocketable computer that has to emulate the whole hardware.
(If one wants to fool around even more, he might install the S3 video drivers into Windows, doesn't Dosbox emulate a S3 video card and might then get some speedup perhaps?)

VNC = It's not running on the N900... If you want XP or Vista, don't buy N900..

How about Wine on the N900. Is that even possible? I am sure this has been discussed before in the context of Maemo 4. Does Maemo 5 change the landscape in this area?
