Can we hope for tools that will optimize .swf for arm cpus or will adobe offer the possibility to create "projector" files only to help the developers in selling crappy flash games as "mobile" games?

Set your browser to download .swf files.
On the page with your .swf game, right click and show source, then look for something like /thesite or part of the link/whatever/thegame.swf.
Go to the link and the browser should offer to download the .swf for you.
