I had an idea last night. You could try to open a browser on the N900 and your PC and navigate to the web addresses of the Nokia repository. They should work, if not (and the URLs are indeed the same) then it might be an internet connection issue.

The URL's are correct, I've checked them out. It must be an internet connection issue? But i have no probs surfing the net with wifi.

Sorry bud, but thats just way too complicated for a guy like me to do.
Would a reflash work?
Its very annoying especially to a newbie like me
