I use gpicview that I got from Pandora version

I extracted the pnd with unsquashfs (somewhere in this forum) then moved the binary to /usr/bin

works fast and I believe raw formats are supported and animated gif files

keyboard shortcuts are:
o=open image
f= fit image
g= full size
h= flip horizontal
d= delete image
Fn + "+/-"= zoom in out and arrows = next/previous

I also use it from the terminal to open images quickly

gpicview /path/to/image.png
etc
